We welcome contributions to our magazines (printed and online versions).
Please read through the following information. When you are ready you can submit your article by clicking on the link at the end.
The decision to publish an item rests with the editing team. It will depend on the article's suitability, compliance with our policies, your involvement in the group and other content we are currently publishing. Feel free to contact us to find out if we would be interested before submitting any content.
Before submitting an article, please check that it complies with our submission policy.
We accept the following file types of files:
For larger documents, consider compressing them into a ZIP file. The maximum number of files is 10. Maximum upload size is 200MB.
Please supply photographs in maximum definition, if possible 300 dpi. It may not be possible to use low-quality images.
Where possible, it would be appreciated if you could adjust and name your images as follows:
The ideal format and resolution are:
Image | Maximum width &/or height | Resolution |
---|---|---|
Topper Image | 1024 px (width) | 72 dpi |
Main Content Image | 800 px | 72 dpi |
The topper image is the landscape orientated photograph or graphic that appears at the top of an article and in the summary list of articles. Browsers will automatically resize the topper image depending on the screen size and orientation of the device or browser window. The edges of the image are likely to be cropped. Please consider this when submitting your choice of topper image.
If no topper image is submitted (or no image is suitable for topper use), we may use a generic fallback.
Please do not use spaces in filenames. Filenames should consist of alphanumeric characters (letters or numbers) and dashes only. It is also helpful to use filenames that relate to the article.
As an example, please rename a file called 'Me posing in my latest lingerie' to 'Debbie-article-on-lingerie-shot-1'.
